The Mitsubishi Electric AIRME Compact Air Handling Units (AHU's) utilise a frameless structure to achieve a line-up of units that are as compact as possible, maximising air tightness and improving thermal properties. The s-AIRME uses low GWP R32. The range is specifically designed and selected to address the issues around using an A2L refrigerant in an Air Handling Unit application.

s-AIRME is the new Mitsubishi Electric range of compact and pre-configured air handling units, for the complete air conditioning of small and medium-sized rooms, able to guarantee cooling, heating, humidification, and dehumidification with a renewal of up to 100% of outdoor air. The series, with air flow from 1,000 to 20,000 m³/h, is available in 7 sizes and 3 different versions covering a total cooling capacity from 10 to 150 kW. The s-AIRME unit is equipped as standard with a direct expansion treatment coil that works in conjunction with Mitsubishi Electric's MR SLIM range of outdoor units with R32 low GWP refrigerant gas.

The unit is equipped with flat pre-filters and high-efficiency pocket filters, ensuring complete purification from even the finest and most harmful particles. The removable drawer allows you to inspect and possibly replace the pocket filter immediately and easily. The precision on the control of the air flow is optimal and allows different managements, including constant flow rate, variable flow rate, and constant pressure. The direct expansion coil specifically designed according to Mitsubishi Electric standards allows the s-AIRME range to be combined with different sizes of Mr Slim external units. The coil is able to operate with R32 refrigerant, guaranteeing s-AIRME a degree of versatility that is unique on the market.
