Designed to raise industry standards, Mitsubishi Electric's Partner Programme assures end users of a consistently high level of installation and after sales service that supports our systems. Our Partner Programme is inclusive and open to all qualifying companies installing air conditioning and heating. Using the world-renowned Mitsubishi Electric brand, we will train, facilitate and promote all qualifying companies as part of our aim to drive the industry forwards.

To apply your company must:

  • Be a Mitsubishi Electric Ireland customer for 3 years
  • To qualify for our Partner Programme, companies must meet a minimum annual spend threshold among other criteria
  • Be financially solvent
  • Adhere to CSR and health and safely policy
  • Share Mitsubishi Electric's philosophy, integrity and high standards

This elite status is designed to deliver exceptional benefits to both our Diamond Quality Partners and their customers. These include access to a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 10 years (subject to Terms & Conditions), promotion to consultant and specifiers as being a DQP, recommendation to corporate clients through our Corporate Sales and Specification Teams and priority access to our helpdesk. As a Diamond Quality Partner endorsed by Mitsubishi Electric, customers are assured of the highest level of service, installation and quality.
