Part 1: Pre Inhouse Air to Water Training

This course is designed to introduce learners to Mitsubishi Electric. The course will details our company history and our Technical Services Team.

Learners will be introduced to heat pumps, their operation as well as key products within Mitsubishi Electric's Ecodan range.

Training is completed in two parts: Part 1 is completed online. Part 2 takes place in person in our Dublin office.

This course will include:

• Technical Aftersales
• What is a Heat Pump
• Heat Loss Basics
• Sizing Heat Pumps 
• Unit Selection

Duration: Approx 3 - 4 hours of online work over a 3 week period    

This course works best with a Windows laptop and using Google Chrome.  You may encounter issues working on a tablet, phone or iPad.

Please note: This training is available exclusively to participants based in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
