The Mitsubishi Electric Homeowner Guarantee for our domestic heating products means that you can be assured that during the guarantee period the claim process will be hassle free in the unlikely event that any of the components supplied by Mitsubishi Electric fail.
Our Homeowner Guarantee is dependent on the understanding that your unit is serviced annually by an approved service engineer. If you require a service call please click here to fill out our service and maintenance form and a member of our team will contact you.

7 Year Guarantee Explained
For units installed since 1st April 2023 and registered with us within 6 months of their installation using our INSTALLME Application (for installers only) we have automatically extended your home owner guarantee to 7 years! This is to provide you with peace of mind, that in the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault with your heat pump, we are here to support you!
If you are a homeowner who’s heat pump was installed before the1st April 2023, or if your unit was not registered with us (within the required timeframe) it may be possible to extend your warranty to 7 years from the date of sale (fee applies).
